Important Notes about registration:

• Travel Arrangements: Airfare to Colombia is not included. Participants are responsible for booking and arranging their own travel.
• Arrival Recommendation: We strongly encourage participants to arrive at least one day before the retreat to avoid issues due to travel delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Easy & Affordable Travel to Medellín: Traveling to Medellín is simple and accessible. Flights from Fort Lauderdale Airport take just 3.5 hours and are often inexpensive. You can book nonstop flights with Spirit Airlines or JetBlue, making the journey quick and hassle-free. Plus, American citizens do not need a visa to enter Colombia, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
• Retreat Duration: Food, transportation, and accommodation are only provided during the retreat dates. Any extra days before or after are at the participant’s expense.
• Registration Deadline: Registration will close 10 days prior to the retreat start date.
• Payment Policy: Full payment must be completed by the retreat start date to secure participation.
• Travel Insurance: Participants are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance if they wish to do so.
• Medical Eligibility: Participation is contingent upon approval from our physician based on a mandatory medical assessment and the information provided in the intake form.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: If you cancel your booking 10 days or more before the retreat, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after that period, you will receive a 75% refund of your booking.
